CleanStems provides AI vocal removal and stem separation tools. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the site.

Audio Files

During beta, audio processing may be handled by a shared cloud tool embedded on CleanStems. Files may be transmitted to that processing environment to generate stems. Do not upload sensitive, private, or copyrighted audio unless you have permission to process it.

Technical Data

We may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

Browser-Based Tools

Tools identified as browser-based or local, including Audio Cutter, BPM Tapper, Audio Looper, Metronome, Speed and Pitch Changer, Key Finder, Silence Remover, Release Prep Report, Prompt Generator, Track Share Card, Ear Training and Audio Source Record, are designed to perform their main calculation in your browser rather than sending selected audio or entered text to CleanStems.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and Google Analytics to measure page activity and limited tool actions, such as starting a processor, generating a local prompt or downloading a locally created output. Our event tracking is designed not to send selected audio, filenames, prompt text, pitch text or source-record text to analytics services. We may later display advertising to support free tools; if advertising technology requires consent in your region, we will provide the required consent controls before enabling it there.
